Southern Kamikaze

45 ml Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
20 ml triple sec
20 ml  lime juice

Shake and strain over ice.
Flatliner

30 ml sambuca
30 ml gold tequila
3 dashes Tabasco® sauce

Layer the tequila over sambuca and add  the tabasco sauce.

Chocolate Cake

15 ml Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur
15 ml vodka
sugar coated lemon slice

Add vodka and frangelico to a shaker with ice. Shake. Drink.

Berry Fix

Blitz a pack of blueberries and a few strawberries in a blender with soy milk- drink straight away.

 

Citrus C

Juice 1 whole pink grapefruit with 2 kiwis

Drink straight away

 

Carrot Spice

Juice a carrot and apple and a chunk of ginger and drink straight away.

 

Detox 4

Elephant Charger

60 ml orange juice
60 ml milk
1 ripe peach
1 very ripe banana
1/4 cup raspberries
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Peel and slice the peach, chop the banana; add to a blender. Add orange juice, milk, raspberrries and ice cream, and blend well. Serve in a highball/collins.

Hunny Bunny

60 ml carrot juice
30 ml orange juice
1 dash grenadine syrup

Build all three ingredients over ice in a cocktail glass, and serve
Mango Lassi

2 ripe mango pulps
2 cups yoghurt
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup iced water

Add to a blender and pour over crushed ice

Detox 3

Camomile Iced Tea

1/2 cup chamomile tea
2 tbsp white grape juice
2 tbsp  apple juice
ice cubes

Mix the tea and juices together. Pour over ice in a large glass and garnish with grapes and slices of apples.

Christmas Cranberry

7 1/2 cups cranberry juice
3 3/4 cups orange juice
22 1/2 oz lemon-lime soda sugar free
cranberry

Combine the cranberry and orange juices in a punch bowl. Pour the carbonated beverage down the sides of the bowl. Float whole cranberries on the top.

 

Citrus Mint

1 cup packed fresh mint leaves
grated peel of 1 oranges
grated peel of 1 lemons
3 cups boiling water
12 oz can frozen lemonade thawed
12 can frozen orange juice thawed
1 1/2 quart cold water

Place mint leaves and peels in a heat-resistant pitcher or bowl; add boiling water. Let steep 1 hour; strain. Add concentrates and water; stir well. Chill. Serve over ice; garnish with mint if desired.

Detox 2

Berry Blast

1.5 ozberry juice concentrate
8 ice cubes
1 cup water
8 ozvstrawberry yoghurt
6 frozen strawberries

Place berry concentrate and ice in a blender. Pulse until ice is crushed. Add remaining ingredients and blend on pulse until desired consistency is reached.

Berry Power

1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup strawberries
8 oz vanilla low-fat yoghurt
2/3 cup Oats
1 cup ice cubes
granulated sugar to taste

Place all ingredients, except ice, in blender container. Gradually add ice, blending on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
Blue Banana

1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp sugar
1 medium banana

Mix all in blender about 20 seconds.

 

Detox

Breakfast

3/4 cup chilled orange juice
1/3 cup chilled pineapple juice
2 cups vanilla yoghurt
1/2 cup frozen strawberry (sliced)
1/2 banana (sliced)

Place the orange juice, pineapple juice, yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, and bananas into a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. The berry drink will be very thick. Serve immediately.
Apple Star

3 apples
2  starfruits
1 tsp sugar

Combine ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes, and serve.
Avocado Aperitif

1 medium avocado
1 large cucumber
1 juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup chopped Parsley
2 cups crushed ice

Peel avocado and cucumber; chop in chunks and place in a blender. Add parsley, lemon, and blend until smooth. Add the crushed ice and blend together again. Strain into glasses. Garnish with lemon slices or cucumber peel.
Babylove

45 ml coconut milk
20 ml  cream
60 ml pineapple juice
20 ml banana syrup
1 banana

Shake well over crushed ice in a shaker. Strain into a collins glass and fill with crushed ice. Top with banana slices, and serve.

Egg Nog

Basic Egg Nog

12 eggs
3 pints heavy cream
1 cup granulated sugar
nutmeg
1 cup bourbon whiskey
1 cup cognac
1/2 tsp salt

Beat yolks until light in color. Slowly add bourbon, cognac, while beating at slow speed. Chill 3 hrs. Add salt to whites, beat to peaks. Whip s cream until stiff. Fold whipped cream into yolk mixture, then fold.

Country Egg Nog

1 cup Applejack® brandy
2 cups sugar
1 pintwhole milk
1 pint heavy cream
6 eggs

Mix eggs and sugar together until well blended. gently/slowly add brandy. Add whole milk. Add 1/2 of the heavy cream.

In a separate bowl whip the other 1/2 of the heavy cream until stiff. (soft peak stage will work as well) Fold whipped cream into mixture.

Captain Morgan’s Nog

1 cup Applejack® brandy
2 cups sugar
1 pintwhole milk
1 pint heavy cream
6 eggs

Mix eggs and sugar together until well blended. add brandy. (must be slow)  Add whole milk. Add 1/2 of the heavy cream.

In a seperate bowl whip the other 1/2 of the heavy cream until stiff. (soft peak stage will work as well) Fold whipped cream into mixture.

Aalborg Aquavit

Alliance

2 dashes aquavit
30 ml gin
30 ml dry vermouth

Shake everything in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.
Danish Martini

3 oz aquavit
1/2 oz dry vermouth

Shake ingredients with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with an olive, and serve.

Fjellbeck

20 ml vodka
20 ml aquavit
20 ml lime juice
Sprite® soda

Mix everything in a glass with ice.
Viking Blood

60 ml aquavit
60 ml Tia Maria® coffee liqueur
Sprite® soda

Pour aquavit and tia maria over ice cubes in a highball glass. Fill with sprite or 7-up, stir, and serve.

Great Dane

30 ml aquavit
15ml cherry brandy
15ml orange bitters
1 dash cranberry juice

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Belfast Carbomb

20 ml Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 tsp Bailey’s® Irish cream
1 tsp Jameson® Irish whiskey
1/2 pint Guinness® stout

Pour Kahlua coffee liqueur into a shot glass. Top with Bailey’s irish cream and Jameson whiskey. Drop the shot glass into a half-pint of Guinness, and consume immediately.
Black & Tan

1 part Bass® pale ale
1 part Guinness® stout

Fill stien half full with Bass. Next pour Guiness over a spoon slowly until glass is full. If done correctly the Guiness will stay on top and the Bass on bottom hence the name Black & Tan.
Bull’s Eye

150 ml beer
150 ml  tomato juice

Stir ingredients together in a highball glass with a slice of tomato on the side, and serve.
Snakebite

1 1/2 pints beer
1/2 pint Strongbow® cider

Mix or layer ingredients. Note – the mixture of beer and cider is so effective at making you drunk its illegal to serve Snakebite in pubs and bars in Britain! Serve with a swirl of grenadine…
Dr Pepper

1/2 mug beer
1/2 mug Coca-Cola®
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur

Pour beer into a pint glass, and add coke. Seperately add liqueur

Let it snow

White Christmas

30 ml southern comfort

15 ml white crème de cacao

120 ml egg nog

Serve in a brandy snifter with edible cold of chocolate flakes as garnish.

 

Snowed In

60 ml pear schnapps

30 ml cream

Blend with ice and serve in a lowball sprinkled with cinnamon.

 

Snowball

30 ml advocatt

Topped with 7-up

Serve in a brandy snifter or balloon type glass (rimmed with lemon juice dipped in sugar).

 

White Christmas Dream

30 ml vodka

30 ml amaretto

30 ml cream

Shake it up and serve in a cocktail class and sprinkle with nutmeg.
