To celebrate a week of all things Irish, I’m listing some favourite ideas and some famous ones so everyone knows what to do with their Baileys Irish Cream and shot glasses…
B-52: 10 ml Baileys, 10ml Kahlua, 10ml Grand Marnier
(Serve chilled or layered in a shot glass)
Brain: 10 ml Baileys, 20 ml Peach Schnapps
(Build with the peach schnapps into the shot glass first followed by the Baileys)
Brain Haemorrhage: 10 ml Baileys, 20 ml Peach Schnapps, 2 drops grenadine
(Build with the peach schnapps into the shot glass first followed by the Baileys and the drops of grenadine)
Test Tube Baby: A Brain Haemorrhage but served in a test tube.
Cement Mixer: 30 ml Baileys, 2-3 drops of Rose’s Lime Juice
(Bailey’s followed by the lime juice- shoot it into the mouth and wait 5 secs as it congeals in the mouth)
Orgasm: 10 ml Baileys, 10ml Kahlua, 10ml Amaretto

Screaming Orgasm: 7.5 ml vodka, 7.5 ml Baileys, 7.5 ml Kahlua, 7.5 ml Amaretto

(Chill and serve in a shot glass – but if you don’t have any Goldschlager- try 15ml of each of the other ingredients and add a few dashes of cinnamon)
Russian Quaalude: 7.5 ml Russian Vodka, 7.5 ml Baileys, 7.5 ml Frangelico, 7.5 Kahlua
(Chill and serve in a shot glass)
Slippery Nipple: 15ml Baileys, 15 ml Peppermint Schnapps
(Serve chilled or layered in a shot glass)
Bit-O-Honey: 15ml Baileys, 15 ml Butterscotch Schnapps
(Serve chilled or layered in a shot glass)
Big Red: 15ml Baileys, 15 ml Goldschlager
(Serve chilled or layered in a shot glass)
Eskimo Joe: 7.5 ml Baileys, 7.5 ml Goldschlager, 7.5 ml Green crème de menthe, 7.5 ml milk
(Serve chilled or layered in a shot glass)
Jam Donut: 15 ml Baileys, 15 ml Chambord raspberry liqueur
(Rim the shot glass with sugar- add the Chambord and carefully layer the Baileys on)
French Toast: 10 ml Baileys, 10 ml Goldschlager, 10 ml Butterscotch Schnapps
(Build in a shot glass)
Blow Job: 15ml Baileys, 15 ml Kahlua, top with whipped cream
(Serve in a shot glass set on top of an overturned old-fashioned glass- drink with no hands!)
Muff Dive: 15ml Baileys, 15 ml Kahlua, top with whipped cream & garnish with a cherry
