The Tymello Caipirinha
30 ml TY KU liqueur (a sake based liqueur)
30 ml Leblon Cachaca
4-5 3/4″ chunks of pumello (massive- really massive grapefruit)
2 tsp fine sugar
Muddle fruit and sugar- shake it up with the Cachaca and serve in a lowball with ice
The Lemon, Lime and Blue Caipirinha
60 ml Leblon Cachaca
3 lime wheels and 3 lemon wheels
6 Blueberries
2 Teaspoons of Superfine Sugar (or 30 ml sugar syrup)
Muddle fruit and sugar- shake it up with the booze and serve in a lowball with crushed ice
Homecoming Caipirinha
45 ml Boca Loca Cachaça
2 Fuji apple slices
2 lemon slices
1/2 oz cinnamon agave nectar
Apple juice
Sage leaf
Muddle fruit and put everything in a shaker with ice then strain into an ice filled lowball.


Yum, ty ku liquer is my favorite! I alway just mix it with Sprite but this recipe sounds great! Thanks for it, now I just have to go buy a new bottle.
