Aalborg Aquavit

Alliance

2 dashes aquavit
30 ml gin
30 ml dry vermouth

Shake everything in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.
Danish Martini

3 oz aquavit
1/2 oz dry vermouth

Shake ingredients with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with an olive, and serve.

Fjellbeck

20 ml vodka
20 ml aquavit
20 ml lime juice
Sprite® soda

Mix everything in a glass with ice.
Viking Blood

60 ml aquavit
60 ml Tia Maria® coffee liqueur
Sprite® soda

Pour aquavit and tia maria over ice cubes in a highball glass. Fill with sprite or 7-up, stir, and serve.

Great Dane

30 ml aquavit
15ml cherry brandy
15ml orange bitters
1 dash cranberry juice

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Belfast Carbomb

20 ml Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 tsp Bailey’s® Irish cream
1 tsp Jameson® Irish whiskey
1/2 pint Guinness® stout

Pour Kahlua coffee liqueur into a shot glass. Top with Bailey’s irish cream and Jameson whiskey. Drop the shot glass into a half-pint of Guinness, and consume immediately.
Black & Tan

1 part Bass® pale ale
1 part Guinness® stout

Fill stien half full with Bass. Next pour Guiness over a spoon slowly until glass is full. If done correctly the Guiness will stay on top and the Bass on bottom hence the name Black & Tan.
Bull’s Eye

150 ml beer
150 ml  tomato juice

Stir ingredients together in a highball glass with a slice of tomato on the side, and serve.
Snakebite

1 1/2 pints beer
1/2 pint Strongbow® cider

Mix or layer ingredients. Note – the mixture of beer and cider is so effective at making you drunk its illegal to serve Snakebite in pubs and bars in Britain! Serve with a swirl of grenadine…
Dr Pepper

1/2 mug beer
1/2 mug Coca-Cola®
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur

Pour beer into a pint glass, and add coke. Seperately add liqueur

White Christmas

30 ml southern comfort

15 ml white crème de cacao

120 ml egg nog

Serve in a brandy snifter with edible cold of chocolate flakes as garnish.

 

Snowed In

60 ml pear schnapps

30 ml cream

Blend with ice and serve in a lowball sprinkled with cinnamon.

 

Snowball

30 ml advocatt

Topped with 7-up

Serve in a brandy snifter or balloon type glass (rimmed with lemon juice dipped in sugar).

 

White Christmas Dream

30 ml vodka

30 ml amaretto

30 ml cream

Shake it up and serve in a cocktail class and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Christmas Cosmo

30 ml cranberry juice

30 ml cointreau

Tsp lime juice

30 ml vodka

Shake it up and serve in a cocktail glass with a couple of cranberries.

 

Candy Cane-tini

Rim glass with peppermint schnapps and dip in crushed candy canes

Shake up 45 ml vodka with a tsp peppermint schnapps over ice and serve in the candy glass chilled.

 

Grinch

60 ml midori

15 ml lemon juice

Tsp sugar syrup

Shake it up and serve chilled in a cocktail glass garnished with a cherry.

 

Holiday Sour

45 ml scotch

15 ml dry vermouth

30 ml cherry brandy

30 ml lemon juice

Egg white

Shake it up and strain into a sour glass.

Holiday Shooters

Mistletoe

15 ml Chambord

15ml midori

15 ml grand marnier

Serve chilled in a shot glass. Layer starting with Chambord and flame by lighting it with a match (and blowing the flame out before drinking).

 

Kandy Kane

30 ml crème de noyaux

30 ml rumble minze

Serve in a shot glass

 

Peppermint Patty

15 ml peppermint schnapps

15 ml crème de cacao

30 ml cream

Shake it up and serve chilled as a shot.

Seasonal Punch 3

Gluehwein

1 liter red wine
125 ml water
60 g sugar
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
1 tbsp lemon peel

Boil sugar and spices in water, leave in the water for 30 minutes. Strain the spiced water and mix with the wine. Heat slowly until short of boiling temperature. (To remove alcohol, let it boil for a while.) You may add lemon or orange juice to taste. Serve in irish coffee cup.
Holy Water

750 ml Everclear® alcohol
750 ml Captain Morgan® Parrot Bay coconut rum
1 gallon Gatorade® energy drink
32 oz(8 cans) Red Bull® energy drink

Serve cold!
Party Jungle Juice

1/2 gallon Everclear® alcohol
1 gallon vodka
1/2 gallon rum
1 fifth triple sec
4 cubed cantaloupe melons
3 cubed honeydew melons
4 lb whole frozen strawberries
4 lb scored, seedless grapes
8 peeled and sliced oranges
1 whole, cubed seedless watermelon
6 cans(48-oz total) pineapple chunks
6 cans(72-oz total) frozen orange juice concentrate
128 oz cranberry juice
3 cans(large or 46-oz each) pineapple juice

Add all the ingredients in a large cooler. Make sure all fruit is bite size. Add whole round slices of lime and slices of 4 or more bananas. Let soak for 1-2 days – enjoy!

 

Seasonal Punch 2

Canadian Rum Punch

1 part lemon juice
2 parts sugar
3 parts rum
4 parts water

Bring water to a boil, then add sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add rum and lemon juice. Serve with ice.
Champagne Punch
1 bottle chilled Champagne
1/2 cup Cointreau® orange liqueur
1/2 cup brandy
1/2 bottle chilled carbonated water

Combine all of the ingredients and serve in punch cups.
Cider Punch

1 1/2 qt hard cider
4 oz Drambuie® Scotch whisky
4 oz dry sherry
2 oz lemon juice
8 oz club soda
3 cored, thinly sliced apples
1 tsp grated nutmeg

Place the cider, Drambuie, sherry, lemon juice and club soda into a large punch bowl, and stir well. Add a large block of ice, then add the slices of apple. Sprinkle nutmeg across the top, and serve. Makes 18 (6-ounce) punch cups.

 

Detox- also known as ‘Off your ass in a glass

1 can frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate
1 can(equivalent) vodka
1 can beer

Mix ingredients together in a pitcher. Serve into punch cups, and serve.
