2 dashes aquavit
30 ml gin
30 ml dry vermouth

Shake everything in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.
Danish Martini

3 oz aquavit
1/2 oz dry vermouth

Shake ingredients with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with an olive, and serve.

20 ml vodka
20 ml aquavit
20 ml lime juice
Sprite® soda

Mix everything in a glass with ice.
Viking Blood

60 ml aquavit
60 ml Tia Maria® coffee liqueur
Sprite® soda

Pour aquavit and tia maria over ice cubes in a highball glass. Fill with sprite or 7-up, stir, and serve.

15ml cherry brandy
15ml orange bitters
1 dash cranberry juice

White Christmas

30 ml southern comfort

15 ml white crème de cacao

120 ml egg nog

Serve in a brandy snifter with edible cold of chocolate flakes as garnish.

60 ml pear schnapps

30 ml cream

Blend with ice and serve in a lowball sprinkled with cinnamon.

Topped with 7-up

Serve in a brandy snifter or balloon type glass (rimmed with lemon juice dipped in sugar).

Christmas Cosmo

30 ml cranberry juice

30 ml cointreau

Tsp lime juice

30 ml vodka

Shake it up and serve in a cocktail glass with a couple of cranberries.

 

Candy Cane-tini

Rim glass with peppermint schnapps and dip in crushed candy canes

Shake up 45 ml vodka with a tsp peppermint schnapps over ice and serve in the candy glass chilled.

 

Grinch

60 ml midori

15 ml lemon juice

Tsp sugar syrup

Shake it up and serve chilled in a cocktail glass garnished with a cherry.

 

Holiday Sour

45 ml scotch

15 ml dry vermouth

30 ml cherry brandy

30 ml lemon juice

Egg white

Shake it up and strain into a sour glass.

Amaretto – a taste of the holiday

Amaretto Mist

45 ml amaretto almond liqueur
1 lime wedge

Pour amaretto in an old-fashioned glass over crushed ice. Add the wedge of lime and serve. (A wedge of lemon may be substituted for lime, if preferred.)
Amaretto Cherry Sour

60 ml Amaretto Di Amore® liqueur
30 ml sweet and sour mix
1 tbsp Rose’s® grenadine syrup
60 ml  Sprite® soda

Chill all ingredients before serving. Pour over crushed ice in a medium-sized cocktail glass, and stir well. Top with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Advocaat – a taste of the holiday

B.A.V.

60 ml Bailey’s® Irish cream
60 mladvocaat liqueur
60 ml vodka
ice cubes

Shake or stir and enjoy.

 

Dizzy Blonde

50 ml advocaat liqueur
20 ml Pernod® licorice liqueur
30 ml  orange juice
60 ml lemonade

Pour into a wine glass three-quarters filled with broken ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon, and serve.

 

Grendel
30 ml Cointreau® orange liqueur
30 ml Blue Curacao liqueur
30 ml white creme de menthe
60 ml advocaat liqueur
60 ml vodka
60 ml rum
120 ml cream
fill with lemonade

Shake ingredients (minus lemonade) with ice and pour into a pint glass. Top with lemonade.

 

Lady Marmalade

30 ml Bombay Sapphire® gin
15 ml Cointreau® orange liqueur
10 ml cherry advocaat liqueur
180ml  lemonade

In a wine glass, mix gin and cointreau. Top up with lemonade then float cherry advocaat on the top. Garnish with a citrus wheel.

Apple Pie

45 ml apple schnapps
1 tbsp DeKuyper® Hot Damn cinnamon schnapps

Pour apple schnapps over ice in a brandy snifter and float hot damn on top.

Santa’s Helper

120 ml apple juice
45 ml apple schnapps
45 ml Goldschlager® cinnamon schnapps
45 ml butterscotch schnapps

Pour apple juice into a cocktail shaker. Add Goldschlager, apple schnapps and butterscotch schnapps. Shake and strain into a large cocktail glass.

Shake ingredients and service in a tall highball glass with a cherry.

15ml Chambord®

Red raspberries

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass and serve up, garnished with 3 red raspberries.

60ml lemonade (not concentrate)

Splash of Sprite®

Lemon or lime slice
